From the Deep End

Don't know if anyone has seen this, but I thought it was pretty cool:


Also, I found this on a dumpster in the Mexican barrio of Houston. I've never seen this graphic before, so I'm guessing it is original. Sometimes you don't even have dive to find something awesome in the dumpster.
(For the monolingual among us, "huelga" = "strike".)

That was a good video. I watch Democracy Now! often and very much appreciate what Amy Goodman does. There's much to be done in educating the public about the serious problems that the media poses for our country and for the world. And by country I mean its citizens of course, not its government. Many Americans have bought into the propaganda that the media is "liberal" and needs to be shifted to the right more!

And sweet graphic on that dumpster. In a time of political apathy (especially in Texas), it's nice to see some signs of conciousness.
